- Click the Copy Signature button above
- Open Outlook and go to
File → Options → Mail → Signatures
- Click New, name your signature (e.g. "Data Airflow")
- In the signature editor box, press
Ctrl + A to select all, then Ctrl + V to paste
- Click OK and set it as your default signature for new messages and replies
- Click the Copy Signature button above
- Open Outlook on the web and click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right
- Go to
Mail → Compose and reply
- In the signature editor, clear any existing content, then press
Ctrl + V to paste
- Name the signature and set it as default for new messages and replies, then click Save
- Click the Copy Signature button above
- Open Outlook for Mac and go to
Outlook → Settings → Signatures
- Click the + button to create a new signature
- In the editor, press
Cmd + A to select all, then Cmd + V to paste
- Name your signature and set it as the default
